1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClarityClock, including the mobile app and any associated website or service. By using ClarityClock, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use ClarityClock.
2. What ClarityClock Does
ClarityClock is a focus and productivity app designed to help users start focus sessions, reduce distractions, block selected apps, track progress, plan tasks, review reports, and use gamified Map progression to build consistency.
ClarityClock is a productivity tool. It is not a medical, psychological, educational, financial, or professional advice service. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as professional advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility
To use ClarityClock, you must be old enough to use digital services under the laws of your country, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
ClarityClock is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law in their region. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using ClarityClock without your permission, please contact clarityclocksupport@gmail.com.
4. Accounts
Some features of ClarityClock may require you to create an account. If you create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.
- You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact support immediately.
5. Focus Sessions and Productivity Results
ClarityClock provides tools to help you create structure, reduce distractions, and build focus habits. It cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
ClarityClock is a productivity tool. We do not guarantee that using the app will improve your productivity, grades, work output, habits, health, or personal results.
Results vary depending on the individual, how the app is used, and factors outside of ClarityClock's control.
6. App Blocking and Permissions
Some ClarityClock features require Android system permissions to function, including the Accessibility Service permission and the display-over-other-apps (overlay) permission. These permissions are needed to support app blocking and focus protection during active sessions.
You can disable these permissions in your device settings at any time. However, disabling them may prevent app blocking and related features from working.
ClarityClock is not responsible if you choose to disable permissions, or if your device's operating system, manufacturer settings, or system updates limit or prevent the blocking functionality from working as expected.
App blocking is designed to reduce distractions during active focus sessions. It may not block every app or every situation perfectly. Android behavior, device settings, manufacturer restrictions, permissions granted, and OS updates can all affect how blocking functions.

- Other infrastructure, crash reporting, or analytics services if and when implemented
Each third-party service has its own terms of service and privacy policy. ClarityClock is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
13. Disclaimers

15. Termination
You may stop using ClarityClock at any time. You can delete your account by contacting clarityclocksupport@gmail.com.
ClarityClock may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, the following sections of these Terms continue to apply: payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
16. Privacy
Your use of ClarityClock is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Privacy Policy describes how ClarityClock collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information, including the use of Android system permissions such as Accessibility and display-over-other-apps.
17. Changes to These Terms
ClarityClock may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
